Swansea's top scorer may be an absentee due to the illness of his mother who is visiting him over here at the moment.
The illness caused the striker to miss Monday night's open top bus parade and he may also be an absentee from the awards dinner at the Liberty Stadium this evening.
And there is now every chance that he may not play in the Swans season finale at Brighton meaning he misses out on the chance to pass the 30 goal mark in his debut Swansea season.
And with speculation already linking him with a move away from the Liberty in the summer he may not get a second chance at that mark.
Scotland's mother flew over from the Caribbean last weekend to watch her son in action against Leyton Orient but was taken ill and Roberto said "We are all supporting Jason and hoping he will be able to resume training very soon,
"But he needs to be mentally right first to train and then to play, so we'll see how he is towards the end of the week."
If Scotland does miss out on the season finale then it looks set that Fabien Brandy will partner last week's hero Guillem Bauza up front with Darryl Duffy possibly returning to the bench as another whose immediate Swansea future is under discussion.
