Tudur Jones won his first Welsh cap against Luxembourg back in March and will take his place for the friendlies in Iceland (28 May) and the Netherlands (1 June).
Cardiff's Paul Parry has also returned to the squad along with Craig Bellamy
"I didn't say I'd finished playing for Wales," Parry told BBC sport earlier this week. "I just said I wanted a break away from it.
"Once I've sorted my problems out I'll come back. My aim is to be back for the World Cup qualification games at the start of next season."
Six uncapped players have been named in the squad
