Rovers were comprehensive 5-1 victory over Southend at the Keepmoat Stadium this evening after a goal less first leg last weekend.
The game was all but over as a contest inside the first twenty minutes as Doncaster opened a two goal lead through a Brian Stock penalty following a foul on Jason Price whilst Adam Barratt couldn't help but head in an own goal just past the 20 minute barrier.
From there it was a Doncaster possession as James Coppinger grabbed a hat-trick to complete the rout and set up the Yorkshire showdown in London in 9 days time.
Southend grabbed a late 'consolation' from Bailey but it was always going to be immaterial as they faced up to another season in League One.
