The unusual announcement came after over six months of negotiations over a new deal for Robinson that never reached a conclusion with Swansea and ended with Robinson signing on a free transfer for Leeds United with relations between club and his employer for five years at an all time low.
And clearly it seems that the Swans blame Robinson's agent for the loss of the player with a club source telling the Evening Post "Swansea have severed all ties with Neil Sang. "They are not happy and feel it is in the best interests of the club not to have any more dealings with him."
Sang was also agent – and a long term friend – of Lee Trundle who left the Swans for Bristol City last summer in a £1m transfer deal and also a player who the Swans gave an image rights deal to during his previous contract negotiations.
The Post reports that relations between the agent and Huw Jenkins reached an all time low over the way discussions were handled and has led to the report in today's paper which potentially will kill any rumours that were still surfacing that Trundle may be on his way back to the Liberty.
