“And as far as I’m concerned they will certainly equip themselves in the Championship, I’ve no doubt about that. They’ve started well and if they play with that kind of confidence week in, week out, they’ll be a threat for even going up.
“They have a fantastic stadium, a fantastic set up and it’s all built for the next level.
“As far as I was concerned Swansea fully deserved what they got out of the tie because they controlled the ball and controlled the game. Albeit the heroics of Matt Duke in the second half got us to extra-time, as far as I was concerned Swansea went on to win the game deservedly,” said Brown, who also admitted Spanish sub Pintado made a major difference after his introduction.
“And at home they’ll be a threat to anyone, but how they’ll travel I’m not sure because I don’t know the nature of the camp.
“Yet going on our game you can see in the performance of their players; they’re technically gifted, intelligent in their passing and their movement and Roberto’s got them playing with confidence and that will stand them in good stead.”
