Swansea physio Richie Evans told the Evening Post “Tom has been nursing a couple of groin issues but we have worked hard with him this week and he should be back in training from Monday
“He should be okay for Ipswich and apart from that we have no problems.
“We are just keeping our fingers crossed that the players we have away on international duty come back okay.
“We’re working hard to make sure we hit the ground quicker after the international break than we did at Crystal Palace last month.”
Evans was also happy at the timing of the international break and added “This is a great opportunity to get any injuries and aches and pains out of the way,” Evans added.
“It’s nice to be able to relax a little, but there is still plenty of work going on.
“The players are doing prehab sessions designed to prevent injuries, while we’ve also done aerobic fitness tests this week.
“We were delighted with the results of the tests.”
