The former Swans chief failed two weeks ago with an initial bid but has returned on deadline day with a new bid that basically just offers slightly revised terms.
Again though he has been met with a "no can do" from the Swans Chairman who told the official site "The way it is structured – over such a long period of time and appearance related – it doesn't even constitute an offer
"It certainly doesn't come anywhere near our valuation, especially when we have no intention of losing him."
"The terms of the payment have improved,'' confirmed Jenkins. "But our stance on Ferrie remains the same and the offer has been rejected.
"Ferrie is edging closer to full fitness and we are all looking forward to seeing him pulling on a Swansea shirt again and bolstering Paulo Sousa's squad.''
Meanwhile, Brenda has confirmed that Roberto is indeed going bald.
