Sousa: It Was Like Trying To Break A Wall

The Swansea City manager was a relieved man after seeing his side dominate the game from start to finish but made to wait until the last ten minutes before they got their just rewards.

Speaking after the game, Sousa said “It was a fantastic goal with great quality. It was like trying to break a wall.

“We probably had 70% possession. It’s not easy to win these games when one team only defends.

“There was good quality in our game and great attitude once more. We made a lot of effort to win the game and in the end we deserved that.

“We have a long way to go, but I think we are getting closer to the right match routine. We can be stronger and more competitive.”
