The Wigan pair have struggled for form in the Premier League and speculation has been linking both with a return to the Liberty Stadium, where they enjoyed fruitful spells.
Scotland netted 53 times in just 91 starts while Gomez, on loan from Espanyol, scored 14 goals and created a number of assists in the 2008/09 season.
With Swansea's goalscoring problems evident over the past season, returns for both would be welcome, but Jenkins insisted that no such moves would be made.
"Getting Jordi Gomez back is something that's never been discussed," he told the Evening Post.
"People talk about him and Jason Scotland a lot, but the fact is that both players left our club.
"They decided they wanted to further their careers elsewhere and that's the end of it really as far as we are concerned."
