The Swansea City manager could be forgiven for thinking that he will have a win in the bag tonight with the Swans flying high in third and last season’s FA Cup finalists not having the best of times on or off the pitch.
But Brendan is not under estimating the job that faces his side tonight as he explained to the Evening Post “What they have had in the last year or so is a cause to fight for
“They are fighting for the supporters, and for the history of their club. As a manager at Swansea I have to try to create that cause, and ours is to fight for our fans.
“But Portsmouth’s made for them. When you look at the match-winners they have, it makes this is a very difficult game.”
