Orlandi Aiming For Swansea Goals

The Swansea City midfielder admits that his scoring record is not the best and knows on Sunday that he will face a big challenge for him when Adel Taarabt lines up against him for QPR

Orlandi rates Taarabt as the best player in the league and told the Western Mail โ€œWhen we played against QPR under Roberto, I remember he was making his debut and he really impressed me with his tricks

โ€œHe didnโ€™t work much then, but when we played them this season I thought he was a lot stronger, more skilful.

โ€œHe has everything to get right to the top.

โ€œTechnically he is the best player in the league and he can probably go on to play wherever he wants.

โ€œQPR are lucky to have Taarabt and the rest of the team is very strong also.โ€

Goals are also something on his mind and he added โ€œAt the moment I see the goal and it looks very small, so maybe if I get one it will get bigger and bigger.

โ€œIโ€™m not scoring and thatโ€™s something I have to sort out.

โ€œIโ€™m not having many chances in games, Iโ€™m working very hard and sometimes I donโ€™t have the energy to get into the box.

โ€œItโ€™s something I am always looking to improve and I felt under pressure to score since day one.

โ€œLately Iโ€™ve been feeling better, Iโ€™ve had a decent run of games, but I feel I can still play a lot better.

โ€œItโ€™s a busy period coming up and it will dictate where we are going to finish at the end of the season.

โ€œWe need to turn things around because in the last few games we have not been at our best.

โ€œUntil the Cardiff game we were flying and then we had a poor result, then we won again and now we are in a difficult period.

โ€œIf you look at Leeds they are flying at the moment and teams will always go through these periods.

โ€œWe have a couple of games now and we can turn it around.

โ€œWe are still in a great position.

โ€œIn four games if we could win three and draw one it would be very good for us, or maybe win two and draw two.

โ€œBut we have to go into the games with the mentality we want to win every game.

โ€œWe drew against QPR at home and missed a chance to score a penalty so there is no reason why we canโ€™t go there and win.โ€
