The Swansea City manager sees his side occupying one of the automatic promotion places with just 12 games to go in the season.
And whilst there has been criticism over his striking options, 11 goals in the last 4 games suggest that goals are no longer at a premium for the side.
Rodgers told the Evening Post "If a player becomes available that I feel can improve the squad and we can do it financially, it's something I would look at,
"We have got some terrific players already, but you've always got to try to get the best players you can.
"If there is a deal that is right for us I will do it, but if not I am more than happy with the group I have got. And with 12 games to go, we are very much a group.
"I have been looking for a striker to support that group, but I am not crying for one because the players here have been brilliant.
"What we have got here is enough to mount a challenge, there's absolutely no question about that
"People are really starting to see Luke Moore's qualities now," Rodgers added.
"He is not a big battering ram and that's not what I wanted. He has finesse and great football intelligence. He masters the ball, he is creative and he has pace.
"He links up well with Scott Sinclair, Nathan Dyer and Stephen Dobbie. He showed great invention for the first goal against Leeds and his finish was sublime.
"Craig Beattie has been terrific since I have been here," Rodgers said.
"He has a great attitude and he always makes an impact in games whether he is starting or coming off the bench.
"And then you have Dobbs, who I feel now is playing in the right position. I've always thought he is better when he is free.
"If something comes up in the loan market we will look at it, but with those three we've got different types of players who can see us through."
Rodgers also revealed why the deal to try and get Jason Scotland to the Liberty never came off when he added "Jason would have had to take a cut to come here," Rodgers said.
"Probably that was a stumbling block, plus the fact he got into the Ipswich team and started scoring.
"In that situation, you will always be reluctant as a manager to let someone out.
"Jason was someone we inquired about because we felt he could score goals in this league, but a lot of things have to happen for a deal to be done."
