Sinclair was the Swansea City hero back in May when his hat-trick in the play off final helped lift the team into the Premier League before he set off to join in the England Under 21 battles of the summer.
And extended break saw him return just last week but he is now with the squad in Austria and ready to get back into the thick of the action as he explained to the Western Mail
“The gaffer’s given me plenty of time off after the Championship and I couldn’t wait to come back. I’m totally 100% fit and raring to go.
“I’ve had a very long rest with an extra couple of weeks and coming back I am feeling very fresh.
“It was my first season having 50 games, so naturally I was going to be tired. But the gaffer knew that and gave me a couple of extra weeks.
“I can’t wait to get back involved and I wanted to play on Saturday (against Afan Lido).
“But the gaffer wants to ease me back into things and I haven’t had a proper training session yet.
“I’m looking forward to Austria and getting the chance to train then.
“Obviously the Euros were very disappointing but I tried to enjoy my holiday and my break,” he said.
“I’ve been looking forward to the new season and I’m happy to come back to the Premier League.
“The fans still can’t believe that we are in the Premier League and we will start the new season against Man City.
“It’s going to be great. I’d been away with England and hadn’t been back to Swansea since Wembley, so I’ve only just had a chance to watch the game again."
