Dobbie Out – Maynard, McEachran In?

The latest transfer rumours suggest that Stephen Dobbie is on his way out of the Liberty to make room for new faces

Speculation in the press has linked Dobbie with a move to Bristol City as part of a deal which will see Nicky Maynard move to the Swans.

Dobbie played an instrumental part in the Swans promotion this season but has struggled to hold down a place this season and both BBC Sport and the Daily Mail have suggested that Rodgers is prepared to use Dobbie as bait to try and bring Maynard to South Wales.

Meanwhile both Sky Sports and the Mail again believe that the Swans are poised to complete their loan move for McEachran and bring the Chelsea midfielder to the Liberty for the rest of the season.   That deal is reported to be completed before the weekend visit of Arsenal giving Rodgers new options when the Gunners arrive in town
