Brendan Rodgers knows his side can bounce back from their FA Cup defeat with victory against Chelsea
Rodgers made ten changes last weekend as his side were narrowly knocked out of the FA Cup at Bolton but has no doubt that they can bounce back when Chelsea arrive at the Liberty Stadium tonight.
He told the Western Mail “There is a strong resilience about the group.
“We are not the sort of team that suffers for a long period of time. I always maintain the positivity, even in defeat, and you have to look at the next game.
“If you show the edginess and fear as a coach it can get into your players. You have to flush out the negatives and keep the positives.
“It’s a tough ask against Chelsea but we have great belief here at the Liberty.
“The difference between winning and losing is minimal, the consequences can be massive.
“But the actual difference is very small so we always try to take care of the small details.
“You will always do something better in your life if you are confident and you need that for the way we play.”
