Huw Jenkins is not in an immediate panic to rush into a replacement for Brendan Rodgers as Swans manager
As the Chairman sits down and weighs up his options to replace the man who last week departed for Liverpool. he seemed quite calm and in no mad rush to replace the man he appointed two years ago
Speaking to Wales on Sunday, Jenkins said “We are weighing up our options over the next few days and we will take it from there
“But there is no timescale apart from having the new manager in place for the start of the season.
“There are a small number of people who would suit our football club,” added Jenkins. “We are speaking to a number of people and try to do things the right way by getting permission off clubs to speak to people.
“There are a variety of options, but like we did with Brendan, it’s about finding the right personality who can work at our club.
“The way we play, the philosophy in our club is not going to change. We have got to bring someone in who is going to complement that.”
