The Poles currently stand four points clear at the top of the group although with Germany playing Gibraltar later this evening then that should be cut to just one point although both sides will have gained from the 1-1 draw between The Republic of Ireland and Scotland earlier today.
A Robert Lewandowski hat-trick and one from Arkadiusz Milik were enough for the Poles with Fabianski following in the footsteps of his Swans team mates this weekend in securing an international win.
