You can always tell when the March international window comes around as it generally sparks off the first of the transfer rumours ahead of the summer window and generally they start with rumours that have little (or more likely) no truth in them at all.

Today’s story from ‘Football Insider’ suggests that ‘Swansea City and Bournemouth lead the Championship chase for Kings Lynn star Sonny Carey‘ who has been getting good reviews for his performance at that level.

The publication claims that a source has told them that both clubs have been keeping tabs on the midfielderโ€™s progress ahead of the summer.

The former Norwich academy player has featured in all but one game for Kings Lynn this season as they face immediate relegation from the National League after promotion last year.

As stated this one seems as unlikely as any of the rumours that you hear at this time of year so I think it is fair to say it can be filed safely under the “not gonna happen” category.
