As was first reported on Friday evening, the Swans have this afternoon confirmed the signing of Finley Burns on loan from Manchester City.

Burns becomes the fourth capture of the current transfer window following Andy Fisher, Cyrus Christie and Hannes Wolf into SA1 as Russell Martin looks to continue his rebuild of the side following his appointment earlier this season.

Burns, under contract until 2027 at the Ethiad Stadium, will join for the rest of the season and his incoming has allowed, as confirmed yesterday, Brandon Cooper to join Swindon until the end of the season.

For more details on Finley Burns catch up with our assessment of him yesterday here.
