The Swans are set to sign Brentford right back Fin Stevens on loan for the rest of the season after agreeing terms with the Bees this evening.

There has been a desperate need for a right back all summer especially since Joel Latibeaudiere got injured against Millwall and many players have been linked but none have come through the door.

That all looks to be changing with Welshman Stevens set to join from the Premier League side.

The 19 year old who was originally born in Brighton has made three appearances for Brentford and has played through the age groups for Wales.

Recently named as the Brentford B team Player of the Season, Stevens has signed a new five year deal at the club who have high hopes for his development.

Should the deal go through he will be available for Saturday’s game against QPR.
