The Swans won for the fourth time in a row thanks to two first half goals from Oli Cooper and Harry Darling to take them three points off the top of the Championship.
Jack Clarke pulled a goal back early on in the second half but that recently discovered grit saw the Swans take all three points following a nerve-wracking spell after the break.
