The Swans are hugely active in the market on deadline day and have now confirmed the signing of Josh Tymon from Stoke City for an undisclosed fee.

A three year contract is what has secured the services of the defender who provides a much needed left sided option in defence, something which we have long since said that we needed.

From the Official site “Tymon came through the academy ranks with Hull City, having joined them in 2011, and went on to make his senior debut for the Tigers in an FA Cup tie against Bury in January 2016.

“His Premier League bow followed later that year against Sunderland, while he also enjoyed a career milestone against the Swans as he scored his first senior goal to help Hull to a 2-0 FA Cup win in January 2017.

“Tymon left Hull at the conclusion of that season and made the move to the Potteries with Stoke.”

Tymon’s confirmation comes after Kristian Pedersen was confirmed earlier on and we still anticipate official confirmation of both Jamal Lowe and seemingly Bashir Humphreys too.
