Name: Matt Derbyshire Position: Striker Squad No.: 14 Height: 5’10 Weight: 70kg Date of Birth: 14.4.1986 Place of Birth: Blackburn Nationality: English Matt started his career at Blackburn Rovers and he made his debut as a substitute in the 3-1 defeat against Fulham in the 2004-05 season. This season he has been loaned out to Plymouth Argyle, but he failed to score in 13 appearances. He’s had a much better time at Wrexham where he has scored six times in only seven games. Derbyshire has already scored against the Swans – in Blackburn’s pre-season 4-1 win at the Liberty Stadium.
