Brendan Rodgers clearly has put the Arsenal win behind him and now wants the Swans to push on and go for more as they head to Sunderland on Saturday
“The thing is, we have been playing this way for three or four years.
“But you don’t get many plaudits when you are playing good football in League Two or League One, or even when you’re doing it in the Championship.

“But when you actually do it at the highest level, and you outplay one of the leading teams in Europe, that’s when people seem to sit up and take notice.
“We will enjoy this success,” he said, “but we have to fight for more. We have to try to improve our performance level again.
“I think when we first got into the Premier League the boys may have suffered with a little bit of stage fright,” reckons Pascoe.
“But they have grown into the league now, and they’ve deserved all the plaudits they’ve got from Sky, yourselves and all the media this week.
“You have got to take the good stuff when it comes in football, just like you have to take the bad.
“We all know what football is like โ one minute you win and the next minute you draw or lose, so you take all the plaudits when they come your way.
“And, like I say, the lads thoroughly deserve it after the Arsenal win.
“Martin O’Neill is a tried and tested manager who has had success wherever he has gone,” says Pascoe.
“He has pulled Sunderland around and, when they play against us, I am sure they’ll be organised and they’ll make it hard for us.
“But we go there with confidence on the back of Arsenal. We’ll just try to play our game again.”
