• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

    Phil Sumbler

I'd say that's our best 11 players on the pitch. Let's hope Williams/Grimes used the week off effectively and has us set up to win this game.

Edit: I reckon the first pre-planned substitution (early in the second half) is Allen for Bianchini, then Cullen will revert to 10 behind Florian.
Best 11 on the pitch and still weak as piss

A draw will be decent for us and disastrous for them...
Aye. The biggest worry for us was having no centre-halves. That's now not the case and hopefully both are close to 100%.

They can't avenge the doube doube even with a win, while we're the definition of a mid-table team and they're fighting relegation. Plus they're at home in front of their fans who've seen their team capitulate to us far more than they would like in recent years.

I'm never confident on derby day, but the pressure really is all on them. I know it's a cliché, but the first goal today really is vital. Their confidence could soar if they get it, while they could crumble again if we do.

I’ve been thinking 1 - 1 until now, but you know what, I think we’ll get the 3 points. Blind optimism? Maybe

Big crowd against a team they don't care about hmmm
