• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

Just seen the interview with the Palace chairman. He seems a decent fella, and Palace are lucky to have an owner like him.

Palace were crap at the beginning of the season but they stuck with him

Well it's taken a few years, but Pep finally shows his true colours. Fvkn bute.

Don't get this at all.

Palace had a game plan and it worked perfectly, and it was a nailbiting last 10 mins watching them try to see it out.

And at the end of it all we got a shock underdog winner. What's not to like?

Innit.

Palace were never going to tear Citeh apart in a dazzling display of football. They did what they needed to do to win, and in the process gave the whole competition a huge shot in the arm.

Fair, but in my defence, I don't care much for Crystal Palarse. If you know you know.
So basically I couldn't give a fuck for the love in.
Again, if you know you know 👍

Well done Palace. The Ultra thing is completely boring though. Heard the same tunes that I’ve heard in the Bundesliga for the last 20 years.

Palace have done well on recruitment to be fair..

Guehi and Richards are inspiring signings, Munez is an unearthed gem..Mateta has improved from obscurity and Championship signings in Eze, Hughes, Wharton, Sarr and Esee have all worked plus they have got rid of a lot of deadwood this season. Olisa and Zaha clearly not missed.

It'll be interesting to see what happens next because usually when a mid-sized club overachieves, it tends to get picked off by the bigger clubs. Look what happened to us after winning the League Cup.

They might get away with keeping them all together next season to have a pop at the Europa, but if they do well in that I think they can probably kiss goodbye to half of that list.

Pleased for Palace, it’s always good to see a smaller club get a result. Palace winning the FA Cup will be one in the eye for the big boys just as Leicester winning the PL was.

I have to say I’m a bit bored with Man City and Pep, but I don’t begrudge their fans their success. They were rubbish for decades, their fans suffered a fair few relegations and years in the wilderness whereas Liverpool and United (who I absolutely detest) were lording it large for donkeys years. I love seeing City stick it to Man U.

The key will always be recruitment. I think this will be their thirteenth consecutive season of Premier League football, so they must be doing something right.
