• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

Time to bump this as the world champs has just started. One million quid to the winner this year and a five million prize pot overall, eye watering numbers. I had a quick throw last night in my garage, useless as ever.
Should be a new Darts 2026 thread as this is the 2026 world championships.

I'm watching, first game coming up.. Littler the obvious punt
It’s the outside bet or dark horse that we should debate. Out of the unseeded lot I’d have a fiver on Krzysztof Ratajski going to the quarters.

Interesting, I’ve never heard of that chap, but he appears at 1000-1 to win it!

The funny thing is, you don’t really need to look for rank outsiders in this championship, just looking at the odds on 365 now, the only two favoured are Littler and Humphries, all the rest are 12-1 plus and climbing.

Ratajski has made a few quarter finals in his time.. he has Gerwyn Price in his way though.. if I was looking for somebody who can win stuff if they find a bit of form is Peter Wright, Joe Cullen and Clayton.. don't worry jack123 it takes stones to go against the perceived socially acceptable norms from the Stasi on here, give them a book written by some nutters and they're let loose on the world

Thanks, I cannot see an option to bet on reaching a certain stage on 365.

And for the last statement, I agree. 👍

I was picking a name from the unseeded players. But yes, the reality is that it will be a significant upset if anyone other than Luke or Luke win it.

Straight knockout from 128 now

Means we get big hitters in from the start, but there is some 10 days between round 1 and round 2 matches, it wont get going until after xmas

Welshman David Davies won on his debut and will play Littler next, oh how sweet an upset that would be

Lets hope Clayton gets a good run and Price pisses the crowd off for 3 weeks

It’s a bit overblown now. Three weeks to find a world champion.

Humphries is on at 9 o’clock tonight, playing Ted Evetts who is ranked 131.

Not if Paul Lim has anything to do with it. We’re in danger of having to come back tomorrow at this rate.
He’s putting up a good show mind , just looked now and Lim isn’t even in the rankings.
