Playing a first final since 2021.

Well done to the young lady, let’s hope she wins.
You share the same opinion as our current head of recruitmentShe's nowhere near the talent of the likes of Sabalenka, but clearly has something there. So much pressure put on her since that US Open win, at such a young age.
Sadly, I don't think she'll hit those heights again.
It’s been her most consistent tournament for a while and she’s the top seed as it’s a 250, the lowest level tournament on the tour. But if she can pull off the win it should do her brittle confidence the power of good and hopefully she can start to fulfil her obvious talent.
Lost the first set 6-0.
Aye the two posts together were a thing of comic beauty, fair do's.That went through my head like the Mike Bassett: England Manager narrator...![]()
She'll blame her coach anyhoo...Three hour semi final yesterday didn’t help but she didn’t turn up today. Disappointing.
She's top seed for next weeks Colwyn Bay Open next week apparently. In more positive British tennis news, Katie Boulter won the Ostrava Open this afternoon.
