I don’t really pay any attention to non-football staff at other clubs, but we seem to go through a hell of a lot of high paid staff. Seems to be a big turnover every 12-18 months which can’t be good in terms of medium/long-term planning.

I would say its short notice but the summer window doesnt open for three and half months
Hopefully then the club has some succession planning in place

Well, quite.

Tbf I’d imagine the ‘scouting/analysis’ side of it has all been completed though and it’s more a case of agreeing terms with clubs and players over the next few months based on the shortlists that have been complied for each position.
