Starmer the lover of all things Islam and Globolist vision racking up our welfare bill and driving high earners out of the UK isn't dividing UK society? Or is this his way of "fixing" things if given time?
where are you getting your information from :ROFLMAO:

BBC went up and around the makerfield constituency and interviewed a cross section of weirdos. Personally, I would say it was interesting that former Labour voters who had recently voted Nazi were considering Labour as they believed in Burnham as a man and as someone who could change the Labour party's fortunes. The facts that Labour are already performing doesn't seem to matter. The people really loathe Starmer which is incredible to me as I believe he considers policies even the bad ones.

Starmer and Burnham are decent humans, but are they leaders.. when has a liberal leader ever became a success, probably Mandela.. but Mandela had grace.. do Starmer and Burnham have grace or character.. they're both average water carriers.. you don't want them in charge of a ship.. the only ship they'll sail is the titanic.. character is built, grace is built, wisdom is learned..Mandela was built in solitary, Burnham and Starmer were built in administration offices.. chalk and cheese

Stephen Flynn gets my vote anyway, the bloke was using crutches for 18 years and couldn't walk.. he has been built through struggle and strife.. character built.. politics is looking for someone like him, shame he isn't an MP anymore.. Rayner was meant to have had a torrid time as a youth, but she has turned into the pig trough.. Abbott is black, there's not a lot of black people in politics.. but even they have turned into the trough.. there's too much career people in it.. I often tune into YouTube to watch previous leaders and this lot today are characterless chancers in comparison.. I like Rhun though, even though you might disagree with him.. he's passionate about his country.. even if you hated Thatcher.. she was streets ahead of this lot..

So let me get this straight, Andy Burnham, the man who lost to Corbyn in a leadership election and is essentially a better dressed northern version of Boris Johnson is the answer?

Some strong economic data has been out in the last few days. I get people's anger after years of stagnation but expecting Labour to reverse it in two years is beyond stupidity, especially when they have had the orange moron causing massive issues that they have no control over. People really need to start getting serious and stop voting on vibes or the things that will improve their lives will never actually be addressed.

It’s more that expectations were high, visible improvement feels patchy, and many voters now see Starmer as either too cautious, too inconsistent, or not delivering change quickly enough.

Starmer was deemed to be doing well and was a popular chap until the media bashing started. Downing Street are a little bit culpable here for not getting a stronger grip on the Labour narrative.

Your last sentence explains why Starmer finds himself in the position he is now, in my view.

Most people will view how the government are doing by what they've got left in their bank account at the end of the month and what food is the cupboard, that is the economic data a lot of households work with.

People feel worse off than they did two years ago. Whether that is right or wrong, it is the impression I am getting.

There are lots of things I want Starmer to go further on such as the EU, taxes and the triple lock, but the electorate as a whole have indicated that they do not want any truly transformative economic policies with the rejection of Corbyn and Truss (just mentioning her for "balance"). That leaves only steady eddy policies that will take a long time to bare fruit, with any improvements easily being destroyed by voting in self-serving corrupt entities like the Tories or Reform.

I don't know about popular, but I agree that he is so unpopular due to media assassination. He is as milquetoast as they come and completely inoffensive as a person. It is the main reason I am so angry at the Labour party at the moment, they are so blinded by personal ambition that they cannot see that whoever replaces him will get the exact same treatment.

Compare Starmer versus the opposition and then look at how Corbyn wiped the floor with Burnham.

Exactly this.. some may have wider agenda and more concerns about climate, illegal immigration and global events. But most vote on how it affects their expenditure, overheads now on trying to keep a business afloat and availability of public services especially health.

Starmer's government has implemented and back tracked on strategies to bring financial stability and increase the pound in your pocket.

Rocky road ahead regardless who leads the Government in the next few years.

Your average Joe doesn't care that the UK economy has grown when they aren't feeling the benefit in their everyday life.
