    The enthusiasm of younger players is a benefit unless it’s been coached out of them. I do agree though it is all a balance, and it has to be the right one with the players available

    You'd think with all the goodwill currently with the club, after years of dross, this is a P.R. disgrace. As fans we can only see positives in A.S. being given the role. Obviously we would see him having different issues over 46 games then a temporary stint. But hasn't he shown enough promise...
