Most fail when being a top Championship striker to a bit part player in the Premiership. Watkins and Rogers are two at Villa who are a few who have made it. Here alone McBurnie, Piroe and Brewster struggled for goals.

There appears to be more fight in Oxford than us. Biggest concern for me is that if believed that Matos brief would be to try and get us up league and hopefully top 6 with the money shelled out. He has to have our full support! Seasoned managers are not always the answer. If they were there wouldn't be as many of them losing their jobs as regularly as they do.
