It’s just expectation management. Of course there will be cautious optimism we do it this season, but it won’t be seen as a failure if they don’t. What we have now though is a fantastic platform to build on over the next few years.

Avoiding relegation definitely isn’t the aim, but I doubt promotion push is either. It would be a bonus if we’re close or achieve it this season. But it’s already been spoken about that being a 2-3 season project.
