    It depends on if he’s happy to be a backup and play a bit part role in the season. You always need players like that in a squad. You can’t have 25 first team quality players or you’d end up with 14 really unhappy ones.

    One good pass does not redeem that performance. He didn’t get to the ball so it’s not an inaccuracy there was no chance he could have scored that goal. Look he may get better I don’t know, but as of now he doesn’t deserve to be anywhere near the starting line up.

    Vip was a liability tonight. Looked nowhere close to scoring and actively prevented a goal. Was a net negative having him on the pitch tonight.

    I’d would have Ronald Wales Inoussa. Inoussa has looked better in that left position linked with Tymon and Ronald has been playing better. Eom loses in the physical department compared to those two and he needs to look for passes more.

    Congreve and Cooper are good enough squad players, it would be silly to get rid of them and spend money replacing them.

    I hope today shuts up the negative whining about how bad this transfer window has been. It’s still not over but we’ve certainly done very well so far imo

    Still don’t know what to think of Widell he shows flashes of looking like a good player but he’s got some wayward passes in him. Maybe he still needs time to settle in and calm down. Certainly a lot energy in his game he was everywhere on pitch. I’ve still got hope for him.

    I think he’s good enough to replace tired legs and be a squad player.
