    All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

    Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

    It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

    The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

    Thank you though for all the memories

    Yeah, really nice to see how the team and particularly Vigs almost forced him to take the first round of fist pumps from the crowd. He really needed that and looks a player again.

    We’ve definitely got some talented players, just need to get their heads straight. It’s only frustrating because we know we could be good.

    It’s just so frustrating because it’s not like derby have done much to counter anything about our play we’ve just turned up and seem to be in cruise control…not ambitious, quick or intense enough

    Bit surprised but I guess he’s not a bad backup assuming his wages aren’t massive? I would have thought we would have been promoting from within on lower wages for our backup, but I guess their development can stagnate that way with Vig only likely to step aside if injured…

    Yeah. Widell seems pumped as well. Did you clock him giving Stamaneic a standing ovation with a big encouraging smile on his face from behind the subs bench? Him and Franco seem to be mad lads giving relentless positivity to the group.

    I'm watching from Cyprus, but have just used a VPN to test 6 of the other listed markets, and nothing is working. Think it's definitely a problem their end, unless someone on here has been successful? EDIT - Someone has woken up and flipped the switch!

    Same for me, don't think they've flipped the switch? Anyone able to watch on SwansTV? I cancelled plans for this today...gutted if it isn't going to work.

    Same. Think it’s been made clear that it’s a counter productive tactic in this league as even if it is a foul refs seem less inclined to give it due to the theatrics.

    Vipotnik - Top Scorer (Championship)

    Agreed and I do wonder if we might be seeing the same thing with Idah this season. It was Vipotnik’s seeming lack of pressing and work-rate along with desire to get into the box that frustrated a little last year…this is basically the same issue many have with Idah. Let’s hope we see the same...

    The January 2026 Transfer Window Thread - Now Closed!

    33 appearances for Morecambe in League 2 last year, so assume he is relatively injury free. Not exactly a high level though...he was meant to be full of potential but at 24 I am amazed Liverpool haven't released him on a free yet. I always felt he was a bit ungainly and not really quick enough...
