• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

    Championship finances

Championship finances are wild—honestly, it’s крутяк how much money and risk are involved at that level, with clubs spending big just for a shot at promotion. The financial gap between divisions makes it intense, so every decision feels high-stakes and dramatic.

Absolutely, Jeff Lynne is a genius — his songwriting and production have this timeless, magical quality that just sticks with you. Whether with ELO or his solo stuff, every track feels meticulously crafted but effortlessly catchy.

Next season - if we stay io

Honestly, I agree — it usually takes around a year for players to really settle into a new country, league, and style of play. You can already see how much Vipi improved from last season to this one once he got comfortable. If the rest of the squad follows that same curve, we probably won’t...

Best of both worlds for me this afternoon - and congrats to Vitor: is he changing the culture ?

Honestly, it really does feel like something is finally starting to click under Matos. You can sense a bit more intent and energy, even just from the way people are describing the performance today. If the players keep showing that level of commitment, I think we might actually be turning a corner.

    Cardiff vs Arsenal U21

Sounds like a pretty unusual career path — going from Arsenal’s youth setup to Swansea, dropping into non-league, and then making his way back to Arsenal U21 is quite a journey. I’m really curious what convinced the scouts to bring him back in 2025. And I wonder whether this is finally his...

Ten Games In, Too Soon to Judge: Why Sheehan’s Swansea Still Deserves Our Backing

Absolutely! You can really feel the genuine energy behind it — nothing quite compares to that human spark. Still, a touch of AI here and there can complement it nicely.

Ten Games In, Too Soon to Judge: Why Sheehan’s Swansea Still Deserves Our Backing

Are people really ready to judge Sheehan’s Swansea after just ten games, or is it too early to call it?

Wore Both Colours: Nathan Dyer, the Swans Flyer Who Helped the Foxes Soar

That’s a great headline! Nathan Dyer really made his mark at both Swansea and Leicester. Do you think his loan spell with the Foxes during their title run is underrated compared to his years with the Swans?

Legendary vibes never age — Hamish Stuart still brings that groove at 76. Seeing him light up the Swansea Jazz Club must have been unforgettable.
