Squad named today and hardly surprising to see a very small Welsh contingent. I had hoped to see three, maybe four at a push. The fact that it’s only Jac Morgan and Tomos Williams speaks volumes.

Key dates:
20th June: warm up game versus Argentina
28th June: first tour game
19th July: first Test
26th July: second Test
2nd August: third Test

Didn’t expect anyone other than Jac, hopefully he plays in all the tests.

Only 2 players from us selected for the tour. Shows what a shower of sh!te the WRU are. Hatrick of wooden spoons looks unavoidable at the moment.

Without doubt a strong Lions squad but the lack of Welsh players takes the edge off it for me. Can't see me roaring on a bunch of English & Irish.

What a difference to the 2 South Arfica and one Aussie tours I had the privilege to go to.
