• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

    Phil Sumbler

We’ve just taken 6 points out of 9 in 7 days and anyone that’s not happy should possibly fuck and support Arsenal.
Saying that the whole thing was oozing sick and I actually watched the second half with the (proper) commentary off.
Don’t get me wrong we’d have loved to have gone in 1-0 up with an identical goal to Broadhead but the way they went on about it made it sound better than Maradonna against England at Mexico 86.
As I said here earlier in the week I couldn’t care less about Wrexham I have no interest in them whatsoever and they aren’t the problem in the false fairytale it’s the soppy media that’s to blame.

Oh and on a side note it’s interesting to see posters getting ridiculed for having an opinion leaning more to the right than wrong once again.
Well done Dazzler.

You get a 🏅for that post.

No we wouldn’t. Absolute pantomime. Why would I want to listen to Snoop talking about the Swans? At least those 2 are the actual fully fledged owners.

Course we would. Did you see the thousands of grown men acting like children when Snoop came on to the pitch a couple of weeks ago?

No I wouldn’t. As I already stated there is a big difference having the Wrexham owners who are hugely invested in their club and much more hands on and knowledgeable compared to Snoop who was there for the razzmatazz. Can I make it anymore clearer?

And I think you will find they weren’t acting like children they were just caught up in a bit of fun, some hype in a big crowd. And if some were acting like children, it’s nice that they were able to have a bit of harmless fun.

Well you wouldn’t have at the reverse fixture would you because you were like me at the game unlike some of the pricks in this thread who were making a huge dent in the sofa.

Let me make my view somewhat clearer for some of you. I would not want to listen to Snoop Dog commentating on a Swansea match, as I stated that would more of a pantomime. I like to keep my football separate to all the showbiz stuff. Last night I couldn’t care less that they had the owners on a Sky Channel. It would have provided a lot of insight into there thoughts and feelings during the match, it was optional for anybody to watch. The stuff before the Preston game was great because we pulled in over 20,000 fans from both sides and it was fun. To conclude the Wrexham owners being on commentary was no big deal. The thought of snoop on commentary smoking a joint and having no clue what’s happening would be a pantomime I would prefer not to watch, thanks.

What’s wrong with smoking a joint? 👀

Nothing and it’s each to their own, but could you imagine Snoop being so mellow talking absolute horse shit during the match? That would not be my cup of tea, thanks.

Jealousy.

They’ll tell you it’s not that, but it is. Dressed up in random reasons.

If that was us, we’d be landed flying through the leagues.
Of course we would, but we did it without being bankrolled. For some reason they can't accept that they are where they are because of cash

You’re tarring all their fans as one eyed, all their fans are not like that. Same as not all us Swans fans are one eyed, they’re no different to our fan base.

They were promoted because of cash, but many clubs in this particular division are equally or better funded. Good luck to them, I hope they do it.

We had the circus come to town with Snoop. They had the circus last night. I don't like Wrexham and their fan base and there thought process how they are the best Welsh team, but putting that aside, it was just another game for me. Cardiff games are always different. Do Reynolds and Co annoy me, yes. It's not like they have reinvented the wheel, many Celebs have done it. Difference is there exposer and the rise through the divisions. We move on.
