I’d like to see us push the boat to sign Jordan James in the summer, although I think he’ll have plenty of suitors.

Based on our current personnel and playstyle I feel like evolution is the buzzword this summer rather than revolution. We started the previous transfer window with one central defender, two strikers, two wingers and three central midfielders on our books.

We had to stretch our reach quite significantly to be able to pad out the squad and while not every player has been a hit and the jury is certainly still out on some of them, we have the foundations in place to build on it even if we ended up having to listen to offers and sell Vipotnik or Galbraith.

He hasn’t done his GCSEs yet but he’s done that.
