• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

    Phil Sumbler
    Owner, jackarmy.net

I was tempted on Wednesday but the lawn was just too soft for my mower, i washed the cars instead and stood back later very pleased with the job i had done. Woke up yesterday to find them both covered in Sahara sand so that was a waste of time.

Well yes, that and the -10 degrees :ROFLMAO:

Winter's nearly over though, should send the wife out by mid April
Tell your wife she needs to sort herself out, its only a bit of sow and below freezing temperatures 🤣🤣

t’m not sure calling her ‘a bit of sow’ is conducive to cross border relations…

Had a look at the grass today and decided it was too wet to cut but did manage to burn a 1.5metre high pile of garden rubbish that had accumulated during the winter so was pleased to cross that off the list (y) ☺️

Back and front now done, glad I've got the first cut out of the way, they were getting way too long, and what with the weather supposedly breaking next week, glad I took the opportunity when I did. Get on it folks.👍
