Pump House is tidy Max, nice to sit outside on a warm day and watch the boats go past

Not at £6,50 a pint of Guinness its not, the conservatory at the boat club is decent and you can sit outside to, but it was a tad chilly yesterday to sit outside, it is pleasant looking over the boat moorings etc, busy last night though, that's why we left.
