I’ve written this before: for me, he is the player of the season. The fact that he is hardly ever mentioned is simply proof of the great, quiet job he does on our left flank. I believe he is capable of becoming a squad player for a mid-to-lower table Premier League club. We all fear losing VIP or EG, but I wouldn't be surprised if a bigger club came and snapped him up

Do you remember when we signed from Stoke , loads of abuse about him glad he's signing for Swansea .
First season for us he was cricised reguarly for his defending not helped by managers with a different style .

Been ever present during those 3 seasons
Has a majic left left foot with deliveries into the box which strikers thrive on .
Over the last couple of months i see a subtle difference .
He doesn't attack so much , more selective much fitter you don't see him blowing .
Good he signed a new contract .

In my opinion Vp is my player of the season with out his goals we would be on the bottom 6 .

Vigouroux would be my next choice his performances have been consistent .
He keeps in games with quality saves
Without him bottom 6 .

We seem to have a few who routinely criticise new signings from the get go.

For Tymon to get in to the team of the year is hell of an achievement, we are very lucky to have him.

Nine assists and one goal (and what a goal) is testament to his crossing ability. Like a clockwork bunny up and down the left flank.

Incidentally, it shows that top quality crossing yields results and you wonder what a couple of decent wide midfield players who can cross well would do for our team.

All the Stoke fans were saying we were signing the best left wing back in the league, but he’s not the greatest defender.

They weren’t far wrong.

He still struggles with the ball over his head, a few teams have identified that weakness in his game but apart from that he is PL standard especially coming infield playing triangles with however is on the wing.

A great player for us lucky to have him and the fact he is no trouble just gets on with the game never any rumours of wanting new contracts etc is an added bonus.

Just few numbers: he s ranked at No. 4 in assists and assists per minutes played (all of which are ranked above him are midfielders or attackers ), he is also No.3 at chances created, sitting only behind c Thomas and Hayden Hackney. Maybe he plays at the wrong position🙂
