Agree, but in the second half he showed he’s much better on the ball and has better distribution than cabango. Maybe he’s yet another centre mid rather than a centre back?

We look so much worse in centre mid now. Fulton & Cooper are probably on twice what Abdulai is paid but he was doing both of their “jobs” first half. Really hope it finally sinks in to Williams that Fulton is a wasted space in the team

Good opportunity to see some of these fringe players in action. Abdulai is playing through the middle. Already looks to be the best player on the pitch! Also, finally getting to see what Tjoe-A-On & Pederson are all about.

Last three coaches have all played him consistently. Maybe he’s got something on the owners? 🤷‍♂️
