• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

    Phil Sumbler

    Wolves and West Ham

Just seen West Ham twice, away at Wolves and home to Forest, with season ticket holders at home grounds. You can inagine the supporters of both teams are not keen to attend. West Ham have some real problems. In my opinion the manager is picking the wrong team and line up and needs to go. Both...

Wales looked more than useful would back him to start and have a good game. Looks like a natural and will need a decent no 10 such as Yalcoue , Galbraith or Widdell. Yalcoue would be my choice he needs the minutes and almost ran the show last time out against WBA.

Another Saturday without the Super Swans!

Been to a lot of matches between london, midlands and wales. Too many random days we should get back to Saturday 3pm.

    Lawrence Vigouroux

That was an amazing display of keeping. AMAZING. even kept Fultons effort out. Lets call Vigs, Yalcoue and Galbraith crap shall we, until Feb at least.

Merthyr's (Now FGR’s) Erling Reesand (Ricardo Rees)

Interesting Martyn. Stayed in Stroud with FGR followers. Had no idea it was the same player while listening on the Radio. Hope he does well, FGR apparently are going places so lets see how he goes.

    EFL refs

That was a red card but maybe the ref assessed the character of the player or maybe there was some previous offence against him. Watched the Morroco v Mali game. The ref was useless. Most blatant penalty to Mali in history of the game. Ref allowed the game to continue to VAR. No yellow/red for...

The January 2026 Transfer Window Thread - Now Closed!

Need to move on three players. Yalcoue is not one of those three, in my view. If we move on three players we need another central midfielder. I see us needing a Prem loan around 25 years old such as O'Brien last season. However, due to our lowly position, we wont have a good choice in the prem...

We knew Ccfc had a little more in the tank going forward. Vitor did what he could in taking the game by the scruff of the neck. Onwards and upwards. Win at home and we will stay up. Win away and we will be sailing up the Orinoco.

Swansea’s Ownership Update: Not a Grand Manifesto, But a Clear Hint About January

I still dont get the Martha link and stand by the diabolical characters including Bobbly Brad that have made the club embarrassing for the best part of a decade. However we have been a lot shitter includibng the Penny days so must not grumble. Hope the food is good and the staff are not as crap...

Vigoroux Galbraith Cabango Casey Tyman Widdell Stamenic Innousa Yalcoue Vipotnic Cullen Tough fixture and we need to rotate. I do not see Vito sitting back for 60 minutes. Can see Vito going with a set up to attack Sitting back will not work in my opinion. Top at Christmas is a difficult...

On the other hand, a women's full kit burka league would be entertaining. Could get away with murder.

Good luck. There are many places far worse than Saudi.

We cannot all be wrong. Eom is playing well. Consistency is our challenge and he is getting there.

    27 Points Needed - 9 Wins

It is going to be close. I can see a poor Christmas and hopefully a revival next year and some decent results at home. Jan transfer window may be a problem as the better players go to top 6 clubs.

    Inoussa

Stoke are without doubt capable, fitness wise. Innousa has all the qualities, but it is not always about quality. The Stoke central midfiilder who scored is a good example of a game controller. We need more of them in our team. Ronald and Eom are match fit. In my opinion, Innousa needs to get...

Has to be an escaped goat. Hopefully we get results. Last two games show we are overall, an average team. Need to fight harder.
