• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

100 % this. And the way Matos wants us to play id say he’s got a very good chance of 25 goals this season if played regularly and without picking up an injury.

Any player who could beat a keeper with either foot outside the box is what I would call a little bit special. I really can’t get where youre coming from but it’s all about opinions.

I think the only orthodox goal Vip has scored this season was when Widdell fed him in stoke . And he finished that magnificently. People like 247 were giving him the bird last season and even with limited service he’s hit 11 at the halfway point. Selling him for less than 15 million would be...

Not if you tell him we would sell him in the summer. The more he gets in the second half of the season rhe more we’ll get for him.

    Marko Stamenic

He’s not a CDM in my opinion. That’s Galbraith but Stamenic is definitely more of an 8 - he’ll win the ball back higher up the pitch and cause opposition defences a lot of problems with his physicality.

That’s exactly how I see it. He’s made a definite impact and I’m really Interested to see how we get on. I hope he’s getting it into the players that Coventry is a massive opportunity for them to make a positive statement. A draw there would be fantastic but a win priceless.

Magicdaps is an expert in everything. How dare anyone state a positive opinion without clearing it with him first!

I really think the likes of Widdell and Inoussa need ten games straight to completely get up to match speed. As for Stamenic he had a brilliant first game, aggressive and forward thinking but he then dropped off a cliff. It was almost like Sheehan had told him “calm it down and don’t be so...

I’ve said this before but refs seem to favour “strong arm” teams and won’t give the kinds of free kick that Ronald and Franco keep embarrassingly looking for. Franco doing this cost us 3 points against WBA and Ronald turns the ball over to the opposition every time he does it. Both need a spell...

You won’t get anybody near that good gor twice the price. I’m surprised you’re saying this. We paid more for Adam Idah and he won’t get as many goals. Sell Vipotnik for less than 10 million and we stand the chance of being relegated as nobody is going to step up and the January market is always...

    Inoussa

You have to seriously question those who took Martin and Williams on - obviously no experience of football at all or worse being mesmerized by the possession gimmick. Matos already a breath of fresh air

    Inoussa

And Widdell is no winger either! Makes it more impressive for me. I’ve seen one poster in particular having a go at Vipotnik since he came here complaining he was not up to standard when he never got ANY service! If Matos is as good a coach as I think he is he will build his team around...

    Cardiff v Chelsea.

Behave yourself. This side has massively underperformed and Matos is working on that. Cardiff are basically playing their kids and one or two more experienced players. If they don’t go up massive questions would be asked.
