Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr
All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.
Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.
It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.
The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.
Middlesbrough proberly most attacking team we had at home for a while and really dangerous. Parker grew into the game. Would be looking to get Cullen off and some support for Parker. Maybe Ward and Push Parker up. Also side note, why have I only just noticed that Hellberg looks like Grimes 😂
From what I read, Walta is on a bulk up (Strength) program. He clearly needs to get up to speed with the championship. It's happened with VP, Eom, Widell etc. Patient needed.
Like others have pointed out I think when he gets his goal he will start getting few more in. He has been really unlucky and outside of VP looks like the one player who nearly scored every game. Also a side note on Eom. The movement yesterday he made to get the goal was brilliant. There is a...
It's unrealistic but I can still dream 😂 . To be fair Burgess has been terrible with his passing from the very start. He is our only option now. But come the summer he either needs to go or is a back up.
I think get him up to speed with the championship and he will be a good player for us. The club mutt see that as they was reported in wanting him for a while. Wasn't Walta coming off a pre season when he arrived? Just see how Widell has done well after getting used to things.
100%. I wanted him to do well but I cannot remember a defender who passes so poorly. I'm not even talking about being clever with the ball. He literally cannot do a simple pass. I would take the hit and get rid. Or if not have him as back up. We need a replacement and not just a loan cover.
I don't see why we wouldn't be keeping them both. I agree with you. Many cinical people will say VP contract was so we can get a better sale in the summer. I'm not convinced. I think he stays.
I hear he was a past poster and one that was strong in his opinion. I never had the pleasure to argue with him 😂😂 Now as Head of Recruitment - Listen Closley Adam 😂.
Summer Wish List 😁
- Right Back
- 2 Defenders
- 2 Wingers
Sell:
- Cullen
- Ronald
- Burgess
- Cooper
- Bianchini
No Contract...
I think I read Walta and Burgess did the most travel this international window. I might be wrong. Personally I would be picking him over Yalcouye. I like Yalcouye, and there is something there, vut he is a loan player and gets caught out to much.
If you had to force me to be critical of Matos it's that he hasn't given certain players like Parker and Walta enough chances. Now the same could be said for Yalkouye, but after today and his lack of strength, I kinda can see why he is not in favour. I do think Matos is slightly handcuffed with...
I agree but if your gonna play Ward who was cramping up at end of the game a full 90 minutes and with his legs gone, and no sign of Parker. I just don't see him being featured in the team. Irrelevant if we want him.
