Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr
All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.
Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.
It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.
The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.
Fair points. But has really done well considering the teams we have played recently. Seems like he has settled into it quickly. For me it's no brainer.
I might be getting ahead of myself but Parker has added stability to the RB, something Key and Galbraith couldn't do. I actually would prefer if Key was more of a Ronald role. But I just can't see how we can take him out of the team for next season now for first choice
Where did you hear this? At present time if you asked me if I had to sell one between VP and Galbraith. It's Galbraith. I really like him but VP is on another level.
If I was gonna be picky then it'd the not turning enough to go forward as you said. Yalcouye does this the best alongside Eom. Think we will keep seeing the hoof ball, but might change if we get better at the back with passing.
I think we saw a glimpse of what potential this team under Matos can be. To be fair it's been growing for a while. Its not the final product but for me that was the best game we have pressed a team, which in turn meant we won the ball back quicker.
Many have gone out of way over last few days to question Widell. Not sure why. He was immense today. Also I am liking what Walta is starting to show. We are really spoilt with choice with midfield with Galbraith coming back. Franco was excellent as well.
Quick Final Review - At times we played like the team we all could see being real potential. Some lovely football. Shame about giving goal away. Walta really grew into the game. We needed some luck with penalty. Sitting 10th place. I'm happy 😊
Half Time Thoughts - Ronald has been excellent. Fulton has put shift in. Walta has improved alot and you can see the potential. Widell is brilliant as per. Idah hold up play has been good. A little more ruthless and we can get the win. Just don't bring on Ward. We need to be positive. Eom...
Many clubs can have poor pre season and go on to do well, but we was dreadful. Watched practically nearly everyone and as you said against lower teams. I have no worries about this pre season. Well fingers crossed.
