• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

    JackArmy.net - Twenty-Five Years And Out

Just a thought. Would Jim W be interested in the tech side of such a new venture or olympic style batten handover in due course? I know there is a whole heap of unwanted negativity that comes from the role, including unfair criticism coming regrettably from some of my mates BUT it is a broad...

Sell VP For 20M (No Less)

We (I) only saw him briefly but Bobby Wales up front will be a good addition. Has good awareness and movement. Both Idah and Cullen are decent enough. VP has a path to stardom. Good on the club and good luck VP. Has made the club a talking point again.

Agree with rhossili. Melker needs to slow down and expend energy in tight. Needs to see if he can pull a team together. I know the headless chicken role very well and thought the comment earlier is has good intentions. West Brom at home was a good example. Overall another decent perfromance...

Might be a good game. Boro should be able to score a few. Just need one more than them.

What is going to happen between now&end of the season?

Would imagine half the points will get picked up. We need to get a point off Boro to steady the ship, a good thumping at home and we may have a tough run in. Iday spell check mmm coming back should be a bonus.

Wrexham owners like the Muppet Show

We was in a similar position when the Italian signing got us into the play offs and we survived a late surge from the royals in the final. Sinclair made our season and Monk kept us in front with a block. First ten minutes the gog show Hollywood muppets were grating but their honesty and self...

    Grimesy’s Reception?

Not that I watched him much. Other Cov players stood out more. Went unnoticed but stopped Widdell scoring. Knocked in the 2nd goal to turn the game. Plus 40 goal difference says a lot about the overall team. The Cov manager has a lot to learn about playing in midfield at the highest level...

    Ronald

We have a decent squad. Upgrading our sqaud will take big bucks and incomers could get injured. Yalcoue is the type of player we need to scout for. Next season we will be in for loans who may replace some of our first teamers. A few will move on, two at least. I cannot see many takers for Ronald...

    Yalcouye

Yalcoue is our best player, maybe Galbraith is more effective. Remember when Leon played on the wing. Just too good to leave out, we need a few goals early on to settle and control the game. Anyway Yal has a good season, wishing him all the best.

Yalcoue, Walta and Cullen provide strong options on the bench. He does have a mistake in him but by now I would have hoped to see Yalcoue start more regularly. Widdell offers energy in spades I would like to see him take on a more creative role.
