    All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

    Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

    It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

    The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

    I didn't think this would happen but fair play to the EFL. Their fans are going to be gutted and many look very silly with their goggle antics the last few weeks. It's about time the authorities made a stance and make these clubs/people realise that they can't just go around doing what they want.

    Contract wise, he is with us next season and we have a 12 month option after that.His contract suggests there is hope with him. Right winger with a good goalscoring and assist record.....just what we are after in the first team. He is going to be 20 in a few months so maybe a good look at him...

    We are trying to emulate Wrexham and the route they have gone down, it's always difficult doing this if you are not the trend setters. We all know money in football doesn't guarantee success and it's what you do with it....we need to concentrate and be better on the latter.

    I asked some questions about him earlier in the season but I think he is getting some stick recently that is questionable. I think this sponsorship talk might come back to bite him though, I thought it at the time and unfortunately the timing might be ideal for some.
