• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

He looks a threat down the left but for some reason managers keep persisting with him down the right. Saying that we were feeding of scraps first half so pretty hard to blame the front players

    Harry Darling …

You mean the parting of the red sea that happen over Jan-Feb....hardly 15 months and as already been mentioned darling was missing through half of those games. Majority on here before Christmas were calling for Darling to be club captain, it just seems to be the case for some on here then when...

    Harry Darling …

Since the tail end of last season when he become a regular the guy has improved massively. Still young for a centre half and on the upward curve, granted this "35k" you go on about is too much to pay but an average centre half based on the last 15 months, give over.

    Piroe - promotion clause

Not heard anything about this still being on the table, was it just a promotion clause in his first season at Leeds or are we in for a win fall?

    O’Brien & Darling

Apart from a 3 or 4 game wobble post Christmas Darling has been outstanding this season. A right footed Centre back who can play comfortably on the left side is not to be sniffed at. Threat at every set piece, scores goals, sprays glorious cross field balls for fun and gives 100% each game. Yes...

But the fact that a very small minority But what it does show is the level of ill feeling towards players, management and the club. Rewind 6 weeks and there was talk of the playoffs...now a hostile atmosphere, for me that's uncomfortable and unreasonable.

If the home form was terrible I'd agree but every club in the league has a poor run of form. The defeat in the cup with a make shift team should be ignored, and the Derby defeat has just blown things out of proportion. Yes pompey was awful and confidence shot against Norwich once we fell behind...

Can you imagine uproar on here if we signed cundle as Grimes replacement 🤣🤣 A journey men midfielder who's still only 22!

We did have 2 good performances at home over Xmas and then looked tired at the end of the xmas period but managed to sneak a point against WBA. A good first half against Sheffield and even 2nd half reading the blades forum they said we gave it ago even though down to 10 men....I think the agenda...

Can you imagine the wages Armstrong is on 😅 use some sense. Cundle hasn't improved that much, he was onloan at plymouth last season and definitely isn't going to become the goal scoring midfielder we are looking for.

It's the hysteria at every topic though...we played well last home game against the league leaders and before that our home form is decent. It's not an easy window to buy players at any club, EVERYONE knows this year on year but yet people still moan. Proven EFL players come at a...

A reasoned response 👍 Wingers are a funny breed, you only have to look at forest last year when elanga and Hudson looked useless and this year world beaters when confidence is sky high. As a club we have been very lucky over the years to unearthed quality strikers constantly, goals win games...

Tymon/yates/Ronald get tarnished on for being crap but there combined transfers still cost less than what Birmingham payed for a striker in league 1. We are paying peanuts in today's football market yet your all expecting miracles. Yates has a decent scoring record, bought in by duff and...

Issue is your judging young players like EOM, bianchani, Vip, MPH on 6 months of football....Where are the days when patience is shown and people get judged on their second season? It's the culture these today to just disregard though unfortunately from a handful of appearances. Football is...
