Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr
All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.
Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.
It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.
The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.
Yeah, easily second best. We were tidy between both boxes as usual and even had control of the ball for a good chunk of the second half. But as usual we fecked up in both boxes. We had some good positions around the box but made the wrong decisions/couldn’t execute. They managed to get through...
We looked quite tidy for the first 20 mins of that second half. We were moving it around well, but it doesn’t go anywhere. First attack they have, they score. Same old story.
Galbraith back at right back too. Although we may have dodged one there as Jack Clarke (who we couldn’t handle at home) is dropped to the bench. I’d feared for us if he was up against Galbraith. So it’s not just us making strange decisions.
A sign of what was to come. Big Nose fell to pieces after their arrival (as much as a c*** he was about how he sold out, he did have a good record until the yanks arrived). And then apart from when we had Trevor Birch as DOF, it’s been a downhill slide ever since.
Fkin useless. Hopefully we’ve...
That’s pretty much it for the centre now isn’t it? Except for buying some nice fish from the market of course. The sweet shop there is awesome too, a real blast back to the 80s, but they probably can’t keep the whole city centre alive.
HELLO. DID YOU HAVE A GOOD DAY? THE WEATHER WASN’T GREAT FOR GETTING OUT IN THE FRESH AIR, WAS IT? SPRING IS JUST AROUND THE CORNER THOUGH, SO NURSEY WILL BE ABLE TO TAKE YOU OUT SOON.
It wasn’t loud enough to wake me up in the first half, that’s for sure. The new faces didn’t make a difference really. It was ok once the side started giving it a go, but we’ve had a lot better this season haven’t we. I think Bristol was better last time out.
We haven’t had many worst first...
That’s because he is pointless at times. He’s a second striker, so when we play him in a 10 we miss the energy, positional sense and to a lesser degree the creativity our natural CMs and AMs have.
It’s a quandary. Play someone else and have more control or play Culls for the greater goal...
If there’s one thing I’d like to see come from tonight it’s that Matos realises our best midfielder shouldn’t be playing at right back. He can fill in in an emergency, but to keep playing him there after we’ve had a window to address that position is both baffling and killing him.
Key looked...
